Based in Nantwich & Wirral covering Cheshire and surrounding counties.

A keen canal boater with a vast experience of different types of craft, Stephen is a Master Mariner, who has had careers in both the Royal and Merchant Navy. Presently a Marine Pilot on the Manchetser Ship Canal.
