Fees and Discounts

 

From 1st April 2010:

For narrowboats and cruiser's, a standard all inclusive fee of £110.

This includes:

  • BSS Examination
  • BSS Certificate
  • Travel costs

If a Retest is required a small charge may be required to cover expenses on the first return visit.

Discounts apply to the following:

  • Craft without LPG
  • Craft with a single outboard engine
  • Examinations which do not incur any travel expenses

Additional costs apply to the following:

  • Craft with twin engines

 

Payment is required on completion of the examination by cheque or cash.
